This over the shoulder foam, felt, and wire epaulet frame makes an excellent base to custom design your own carnival, cosplay or costume wings.
Bend the epaluet over the shoulder for a snug comfortable fit. Thin elastic straps hug across the back, and under the arms to keep this frame in place when worn.
This frame packs flat which makes it easy to store once you have added your feather designs.
Get creative with our selection of Rooster Coque Tail Feathers, Pheasant Tails, Peacock feathers or our Goose Pallet Feather Fringe to design your masterpiece. Using a hot glue gun to secure feathers works best.
