This luxurious Feather Collar is made with 10-12" black iridescent rooster coque tail feathers and trimmed with a comfortable black cotton blend fabric with a 1" wide black elastic strap measuring 27" long.
This item is designed with a circular mesh base with flexible wire covered in fabric and feathers that flare up around the neck and off the shoulders when you slip your arms through the elastic on each side. The wire can be shaped if you want to adjust the collar to sit back away from the head.
VERSATILE: Can be worn in so many ways!
