Zucker Feather Place Original Designs! This luxurious Feather Collar is made with COLORFUL 10-12" dyed rooster coque tail feathers.
SIZE: 10-12" X 27"
One size fits all. They are trimmed with a comfortable matching color cotton blend fabric with a 1" wide black elastic strap measuring 27" long. This item is designed with a circular mesh base with flexible wire covered in fabric and feathers that flare up around the neck and off the shoulders when you slip your arms through the elastic on each side. The wire can be shaped if you want to adjust the collar to sit back away from the head. You can also double up! These can also be used in Samba and Carnival Headdresses and Crowns.
