This Carnival Feather Epaulet is made with 10-12" Rooster Coque Tails and 5-6" Goose Pallets that are embellished with opal rhinestones. Each side has a front and back panel that sits over the shoulders measuring approximately 23" x 14". The overall width when worn is approximately 35 inches. The base of this costume accessory is made with felt and wire which makes for a comfortable fit for all sizes. There are 4 small D-Rings connected by 3/8th inch black elastic straps across the shoulder and back to keep the epaulets in place when worn over the shoulder.

The Carnival Princess Headdress is made with Dyed Rooster Coque Tails and Goose Feathers measuring 18 x 26 inches. One size fits most.

This Feather Headdress is embellished with opalescent and light turquoise rhinestones on the front, and light turquoise sequin fabric on the back. A ¾ inch black elastic strap wraps around the back for a secure and comfortable fit.
