THE FEATHERS ARE BETWEEN 1.5-2”. THE FEATHERS ON THIS PHEASANT FRINGE HAVE BEEN SEWN ONTO A BLACK SATIN BLEND BIAS TAPE AND IS AVAILABLE ON A 36” ROLL.
